Nisha Lall BA Hons (Dance) & BA Hons (Multimedia) is an freelance creative artist / practitioner with training in Indian, Arabic, Latin styles. Nisha has over 15 years experience in delivery of dance projects in educational, professional and community settings.
Nisha Lall’s 5 years of professional experience in multimedia/web development also complement the projects she works on by being able to provide digital marketing, digital artwork and film production. Nisha Lall is the founder and director and ASHAY Dance CIC (established in 2023) that specialises in sharing, celebrating and uniting our multicultural society through dance and combined arts projects. She is the Co-Festival Director of Chance To Dance, Sheffield’s annual outdoor dance festival, aswell as a trustee for Croft House Centre. In her spare time, she is a member of Saiidi Beats, playing darbouka & percussion at community events. |

1-2-1 Dance Tuition
Nisha offers 1-2-1 or group tuition (in-person or online) in a variety of dance styles. Tuition can be offered for learning dances for different forms of celebrations, intensive sessions for absolute beginners or for people wanting to develop their dancing further. |
Storytelling Workshops
Nisha is available to deliver interactive sensory storytelling workshops at schools, community events and festivals. These are books created as part of Salma Nisha Creations with Salma Zaman. |
